At Samisha Holidays LLP, we strive to offer a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Please read the following Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any travel-related services with us:

  1. FLIGHT AND RAIL BOOKINGS

Samisha Holidays LLP does not directly issue flight or railway tickets.

We act only as a facilitator; any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund must be claimed directly from the airline or railway provider as per their policy.

No liability is accepted by Samisha Holidays LLP for such refunds, nor do we charge/retain commissions for cancelled tickets.

  1. TOUR PACKAGES & OTHER SERVICES

A. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility for tour packages, hotel bookings, activities, and sightseeing services will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable components.

B. Standard Cancellation Charges

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise at the time of booking, the following cancellation schedule applies:

Time of Cancellation (Before Departure) Cancellation Charges

30 days or more ₹3,000 per person or 10% of tour cost (whichever is higher)
15 – 29 days 25% of the tour cost
7 – 14 days 50% of the tour cost
Less than 7 days or No Show 100% of the tour cost (non-refundable)

  1. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following will not be eligible for a refund, once confirmed and booked:

Visa fees

Travel insurance

Taxes already paid to vendors

Special activity passes

Convenience or processing charges

Peak-season surcharge components

Customised bookings where hotel/transport has strict refund policies

  1. CANCELLATION PROCESS

All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing via email to: shashank@samishaholidays.com

Requests must mention the booking reference number, passenger details, and reason for cancellation.

Refund approval is subject to the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking and the supplier’s refund policy.

  1. REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINE

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.

Amount will be credited to the original method of payment only.

Any delay in processing beyond 14 days will be communicated via email with the reason.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE OR EXTERNAL DISRUPTIONS

In case of:

Natural calamities

Political unrest

Government restrictions (e.g., COVID-19 lockdowns)

Any force majeure event

Samisha Holidays will make best efforts to offer rescheduling or credit vouchers.
Refunds will depend on third-party (airline/hotel) policies and are not guaranteed in such cases.

  1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & JURISDICTION

All refunds and cancellations are handled in compliance with:

Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India)

Guidelines of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India

All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra only.
